In 1597 Sir Francis Bacon said, “ipsa scientia potestas est,” “Knowledge itself is power”. I try and live by this phrase in many aspects of my life. I have seen, read, and investigated many things that I would’ve been much happier staying ignorant to but I chose to learn the truth.

I hope everyone has the courage to face the truth and start to learn just a little bit about veganism as every little bit counts. Paul McCartney once said, “If slaughterhouses had glass walls, everyone would be vegetarian.” I couldn’t agree more.
